Working product summary
- The checkout and licensing services are designed to avoid storing plaintext product keys or workspace contents.
- The early-access form on the homepage stores the email address and GPU size you enter, and nothing else (no IP address), only to tell you when Axiom launches. To be removed, email support@vantyrxlabs.com.
- Axiom Setup sends an install report only if you choose to during install. When it does, the site stores the outcome, the exit code, one line of the error with user names, paths, email addresses, product keys and machine ids removed, the Axiom version, the Windows build, the hardware tier you chose, how long it took, and a random install ID kept on your computer. It stores no IP address, name, email or product key. The reports are used to find and fix install failures.
- Send feedback in the Axiom app sends only when you press Send. It sends what you wrote, the email address you give for a reply (if any), the Axiom version, the operating system and the hardware tier. It adds the app's recent error messages, and the open chat, only if you tick those boxes. Home-folder paths, email addresses, product keys and secrets are removed from the text and the chat before sending. The site stores the report and emails it to support@vantyrxlabs.com, where it becomes a support ticket. It stores no IP address.
- The final policy will identify the data collected by the website, payment provider, licensing service, and any optional product integrations.
- The final policy will define retention, security, disclosure, and customer-rights procedures.
